Video Workshops
The first set of videos are designed to be used as a warm up to get you in the mood for creativity. They can also be used as a way to take a constructive break. I highly recommend returning to these repeatedly, even if they are out of your comfort zone to start. New ones will also be added over time.
Movement Break
The first 4 mins outline why movement breaks are a good idea. Simple movement instruction from 4 mins onwards.
Observation Break
Guided observation to improve interoception; your ability to monitor your internal landscape.
Mandala Mindfulness
Mandala Preparation
Before you begin making mandalas, here's a whistle stop tour of ways of thinking about colours and circles, our basic ingredients.
Learn how to make the 'Seed of Life' using a compass, and as you colour you are invited to try some mindfulness techniques. Rewind and pause as you need to.
Beginning Mandalas
In later videos, we will cover mandala making with compasses and geometry. Before that, we begin playfully with splotches of colour, dots, dashes and textures.
Below are two 40 + min videos workshops that include all of the above mandalas, movement and relaxation practices and more. The first video is in English the second is in Irish.
